Tri Est Ag Group is hiring a CNC Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team at Metcore in Williamston, NC. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operator experience who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and values safety and teamwork. You'll operate CNC laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help keep production running efficiently in a clean manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Select and load the correct material for production.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

• Previous experience operating CNC laser equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Manufacturing, machine operator, or metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
