Machine Operator

Eligibility

Spherion is hiring Machine Operators immediately on ALL SHIFTS for manufacturing positions. Get hired quickly with benefits, paid time off, and retirement benefits. On the job training is provided, so entry level candidates with no manufacturing or factory experience are encouraged to apply!

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm

Positions on all shifts are currently open! Pay rate ranges from $19-22/hour depending on shift and experience.

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines
• Remove finished product from machines
• Trim, debur and sand excess material from parts
• Inspect parts for damage and defects

Working hours:

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

• Previous experience in Machine Operation is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

No Degree Required

0-1 years

• Able to work in a fast paced, high speed manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
