Jefferson Industries Corporation seeks a Stamping Team Leader for our 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm) in North Carolina. You will coach and supervise a stamping team, enforce safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on a production line.
Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, 5S, quality checks, leading problem-solving (root cause), coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring on-time production while controlling waste and costs.
