The Production Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all customers and completing warehouse tasks such as assembling and testing of gaming terminals. The Production Associate will also test new products/software that we are developing and help maintain the warehouse environment to meet organizational standards.

• Assist with assembly and production activities according to work instructions, production orders, and established procedures.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly during assembly.
• Install parts, hardware, components, wiring, brackets, and other materials as required.
• Verify that the correct parts and components are being used for each production order.
• Follow bills of materials, build sheets, work orders, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Accurately record serial numbers, asset information, and other required product identification.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process for damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect installation.
• Perform basic functional checks and assist with testing completed products when required.
• Identify and report quality issues, damaged components, incorrect parts, or production discrepancies.
• Complete authorized rework or corrections according to established procedures.
• Handle products and electronic components carefully to prevent damage.
• Move completed and partially completed products safely between production workstations and staging areas.
• Stage parts, components, and materials needed for scheduled production.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory transactions in applicable systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure tools, parts, and materials are properly stored.
• Follow established quality-control procedures throughout the production process.
• Meet production schedules and productivity expectations while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Communicate production delays, shortages, quality concerns, and equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist other warehouse and production areas as operational needs require.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping ensure products are:

• Built according to the correct production order and configuration.
• Assembled using the correct parts and components.
• Properly assembled and connected according to established procedures.
• Free from visible damage and assembly defects.
• Accurately identified and documented.
• Inspected at appropriate stages of production.
• Functionally checked or routed for testing when required.
• Properly documented before being released from production.
• Safely staged for the next production, quality, inventory, or shipping process.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, kitting, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, bills of materials, build sheets, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
