Job Details:
Pay is $17.70 per hour
The Parts Washer is responsible for washing product parts and maintaining cleanliness throughout the work area. This position monitors the parts wash station and washes parts as needed to support production operations. The Parts Washer may also be required to fill in for other team members on the production line as needed.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment- Must be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 50 pounds or more.
- Positions are fast-paced and may require repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work in damp, cold, or damp, hot environments.
- Must be able to use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand for 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to safely climb stairs to access and exit work areas.
- Required to wear all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to:
Ear protection (ear plugs or ear muffs), Hair net, Beard guard (when applicable), Protective wraps and/or aprons, Cut‑resistant gloves, Arm guards. - Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be able to safely use knives, scissors, and other required tools.
- Must be able to maintain established production line speeds.
- Must be capable of occasional stooping and bending.
