Production Worker; Slicing

• - Prepare tables and scales for meat processing operations
• - Feed meat into slicers and other equipment with care and precision
• - Grade meat products according to quality standards
• - Weigh meat portions accurately
• - Lift and handle trays of meat safely and efficiently
• - Use knives to trim and prepare meat for packaging
• - Operate vacuum packaging machines to seal meat into packages
• - Use an x-ray machine for quality control and safety inspections
• - Sweep and squeegee work areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• - Wash utensils, scales, and door handles to ensure a hygienic environment
• - Operate dishwashers for cleaning utensils and equipment
• - Obtain and maintain forklift certification for safe material handling

• - Previous experience in meat processing or a similar environment preferred
• - Ability to operate slicing, weighing, and packaging equipment
• - Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food processing
• - Ability to lift heavy trays and stand for extended periods
• - Proficiency in using knives and trimming tools
• - Willingness to operate machinery such as vacuum sealers and x-ray machines
• - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
