What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision, including electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and blueprints
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus)
  • CMMS experience is a plus
About The Company

A well-established manufacturer of products for the electric utilities industry is opening a new facility in Mocksville, North Carolina, and building out its maintenance leadership team from the ground up.

The Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met across production, supervising associates and holding the team accountable to company policies and proper recordkeeping. You'll train staff on production processes and quality controls, and direct and enforce safety and quality programs across the facility.

Day to day, you'll monitor plant equipment and systems to catch issues early, analyze data to recommend improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and prioritize work orders while troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment. You'll keep the Preventive Maintenance schedule on track, source parts for planned and emergency repairs, and lead incident and non-conformity investigations through to corrective action.
