Rehires are subject to a 91 day wait period, determined from their last date of employment, to apply for fresh plant. Candidates that have worked for tyson foods or tyson affiliates 3 or more times will not be eligible for rehire.

Must perform other duties as tasked by administration. Must be safe and observe all of tysons policies and procedures.

the stacker labor employee is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing packaged product for palletizing and further processing. This position supports continuous product flow, packaging efficiency, and workplace safety while maintaining compliance with tyson policies, food safety standards, and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

• stack packaged product onto pallets or designated staging areas according to specifications
• ensure proper stacking patterns, alignment, and stability of product loads
• monitor product flow to prevent backups, damage, or mis-stacking
• remove damaged or defective packages from the line and report issues
• maintain clean and organized work areas around stacking and palletizing stations
• assist with pallet changes, slip sheets, and load preparation
• follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
• comply with osha regulations and tyson safety policies
• use proper lifting techniques and safe material-handling practices
• communicate effective with line operators and supervisors perform other duties as assigned

work directly with packaged fresh product in temperature-controlled environments adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and contamination prevention standards wear required ppe, including gloves, hairnets, and protective footwear work in cold, wet, or humid conditions typical of a fresh plant environment.

• ability to lift, carry, and stack product as required
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

must be available to work assigned shifts overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on production needs.

the stacker labor employee is expected to maintain a safe work environment and comply with tyson policies, food safety requirements, osha regulations, and plant procedures. This role is essential to maintaining packaging efficiency, load stability, and safe production operations at the plant.
