Team Lead – Injection Molding
Dallas, NC | 3rd Shift | $32.00/hour

3rdShift:
Monday-Friday (OT possible)
11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Pay:$32.00/hour
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
- Ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines and manufacturing processes.
- Train new team members and promote a positive, accountable work environment.
- Monitor production performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Promote continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
- Set the example through strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.
- Previous Team Lead or Production Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on injection molding experience is REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to help others succeed
