Maker​/Final Assembly & Shipping Technician

Position Summary

Do you enjoy building things, working with your hands, and seeing a finished product come together? JADE Solutions LLC is looking for a practical, detail-oriented maker to help complete, inspect, package, and ship the products we manufacture.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys turning individual parts into a finished product that is ready for a customer. You will work across final assembly, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping, giving you ownership of the final stage of our manufacturing process.

You will work with manufactured components, hardware, packaging materials, and common shop tools to assemble and prepare finished products. Because our products require careful finishing and presentation, this role is well suited to someone who notices small details and enjoys producing work they are proud to put their name behind.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness before shipment.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain organized inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Report quality concerns, damaged materials, or production issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other production and assembly activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Enjoys hands-on work and takes personal pride in producing clean, accurate, well-finished products.
• Ability to follow drawings, measurements, written work instructions, and quality examples accurately.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
