Machine Operator - Mocksville

SBA Home North Carolina – The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift – 6 am – 2 pm

2nd shift – 2 pm – 10 pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift – 10 pm – 6 am, ramp up coming August – $2.00 shift differential.

Dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
• Set up manufacturing equipment
• Use machine equipment to complete tasks
• Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
