Certified Stick Welder

Job Description

We are hiring a Certified Stick Welder for a full-time, 6-month temporary project in Rose Hill, NC, working day shift, Monday through Friday. This role will perform 4-pass welding for boiler assembly using a 6010 root with 7018 fill and cap. Candidates must hold a Stick Welding certification and be able to perform the required welding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4-pass Stick welding for boiler assembly.
• Weld using a 6010 root with 7018 fill and cap.
• Assemble boiler components through required welding processes.
• Perform welding work according to project requirements.
• Maintain quality throughout the welding process.

Requirements

• Current Stick Welding certification.
• Ability to perform Stick/SMAW welding.
• Experience working with 6010 and 7018 electrodes.
• Ability to perform 4-pass welding.
• Available for the 6-month project, Monday through Friday.
• Must pass a drug screen.
