3rd Shift Operator Doubling and Twisting
Machine Operator – Granite Falls, NC – $16.50 - $17.50 per hour – Multiple Shifts Available
Looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with consistent 8-hour shifts, paid training, and room to grow? Source Now is hiring Machine Operators for a leading textile manufacturing facility in Granite Falls, NC. We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn new skills and become part of a successful production team.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with machine setups and changeovers
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help identify and report minor machine issues
- Will train motivated candidates
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- 8-Hour Shifts
