Painter – 2nd Shift
Location: Randleman, NC
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
ResourceMFG is currently seeking an experienced Painter for a manufacturing facility in Randleman, NC. We are looking for candidates with automotive paint experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and have a strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and other prep work
- Apply paint and coatings using spray guns and related equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and correct paint imperfections and defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Previous automotive paint experience required
- Experience operating spray painting equipment
- Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
