We are looking for a talented School to Work – Manufacturing ( Housing Fabrication Welding and Machining ) person to join our 1st Shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC .
* This position will be on-site in Fletcher, NC
This is an onsite role to assist the Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems plant Housing Fabrication Welding and Machining team with a variety of projects, including bracket welding housings, seam welding housings, and weld repair.

Education:- For the Fletcher SHOP STW program, we request that current students attend Blue Ridge Community College and are enrolled in a Welding or related program.
- This is an onsite position. Work schedule can vary as needed to accommodate the student's regular school schedule.
- Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of up to 40 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed.
- Successful applicant will be working onsite 1st shift hours supporting Manufacturing Housing Fabrication Welding and Machining at the CDBS in Fletcher, NC.
Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr
