Position: Machine Operator - Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Royal Pines

Spherion is hiring Machine Operators immediately on ALL SHIFTS for manufacturing positions.

Positions on all shifts are currently open!

Pay rate ranges from $19-22/hour depending on shift and experience.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manufacturing machines
Remove finished product from machines
Trim, debur and sand excess material from parts
Inspect parts for damage and defects

Working hours:

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Previous experience in Machine Operation is preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

No Degree Required

0-1 years

Qualifications:

Able to work in a fast paced, high speed manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
