Mohawk Industries, a leading global flooring manufacturer, is seeking an Outfeed Operator I for night shift to monitor conveyors, saws and quality checks. You’ll work 7pm–7am in a rotating schedule emphasizing reliability and safety.
You’ll perform root cause analysis, communicate with control room operators, assist with downtime planning, and support maintenance tasks while ensuring raw board quality remains high and consistent.
