Marketing & Brand Coordinator

BMI, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative individual to oversee marketing efforts across several growing local businesses including automotive service, collision repair, auto parts retail, motorsports, and service operations.
This role combines digital marketing, content creation, community engagement, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while helping our businesses continue to grow.

Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Google Business).
- Create and schedule posts promoting services, events, and promotions.
- Respond to customer comments and messages professionally.
- Monitor engagement and help grow our online presence.
- Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics, posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update company websites.
- Manage email and text marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple businesses.
- Track campaign performance and marketing results.
- Monitor website traffic and social media engagement.
- Provide monthly reports and insights.
- Help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
- Greet customers and visitors.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Support daily office operations.
- Help organize and promote company events.
- Assist with our annual car show and community events.
- Create flyers and promotional materials.
- Capture content during events for marketing use.
- Assist with signage and promotional displays.
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- Stay current on marketing trends and tools.
- Support other projects that help the businesses grow.
- Organized and dependable.
- Creative and comfortable with social media.
- Strong with communication and customer service.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Interested in marketing and growing local businesses.
- A self-starter who takes initiative.
Marketing, communications, or business experience is helpful but not required for the right person.
Compensation:Base salary with performance-based incentives tied to business growth, customer engagement, and marketing results.
Schedule:- Full-time position.
- Some evenings or weekends may be required during special events.
