Marketing Coordinator
Reports to:
VP of Sales and Marketing
Join our growing team at Paul Davis Restoration in Granite Falls, NC in a Full‑Time Marketing Coordinator role to support growth initiatives. This team member will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This position is ideal for someone with experience in digital and traditional marketing who is looking for a role in a dynamic industry.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support our SEO partner in developing local content upon their request. In addition, segment their intake team rated recordings for each intake person and support appropriate training.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.
- Track marketing metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop branding initiatives and promotional strategies.
- Plan and support community outreach programs, sponsor ships, and events.
- Develop and coordinate an annual events plan.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, media contacts, and business partners.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and communications, with previous experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and website analytics.
- Looking for someone with strong communications and organization skills.
- Expressive and professional in verbal and written communication.
- A responsible self‑starter who enjoys working toward company goals.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess attention to detail and provide detailed progress reports.
- Experience conducting independent research and preparing results.
- Willing to travel as needed.

- Exempt salary between $40,000‑$60,000 pending experience.
Physical Requirements
- Hours/Week: 40‑50 hr work week with some evening and weekend work required.
- In‑office working environment based out of Winston Salem or Granite Falls location.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., promotion materials, event setup).
- Ability to travel locally for events, networking opportunities or community outreach.
