Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide through leasing or referral process;
Lease management:
Lease available rental units and coordinate move-in;
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
Support planning and implementation of strategic marketing activities and ensure brand consistency;
Community Outreach & Events:
Plan and participate in community events and outreach to increase lead generation and brand visibility;
Collaboration & Reporting:
Provide regular updates and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and collaborate with leadership
