The role assists with campaign execution, digital marketing activities, event coordination, vendor management, and the end-to-end tracking of marketing projects, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with departmental objectives.

Skills:

• Computer literacy - Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong proficiency in planning, organising and administration
• Self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed
• Individual who can work independently and takes initiative
• Meticulous attention to detail is required
• Ability to multitask and quickly react to changes in priorities and timelines
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Technology savvy - good understanding and ability to work with online digital tools, such as Google Analytics

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality support to the Marketing department in managing the smooth running of marketing activities, by organising, scheduling and maintaining activities in an efficient and professional manner.
• Assist with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Perform all administration functions (including reports) accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Project coordination of all marketing briefs from origination to execution.
• Support Campaign Execution.
• Coordinate Marketing Events.
• Engage with Vendors.
