Samaritan's Purge is seeking a Field Case Work Manager to oversee the operations of our Field Case Workers across the U.S. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled case workers in providing support and updates to beneficiaries receiving aid from our U.S. Rebuild team.

A day in the life of a Field Case Work Manager:
At Samaritan's Purge, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff, and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of Field Case Work Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Manage all aspects of field case work for each rebuild project, including developing and maintaining processes, documentation, and reporting
- Oversee the field process for identifying, assessing, and approving program candidates based on need, eligibility, and program guidelines. Ensure appropriate referrals for individuals who do not meet beneficiary requirements
- Oversee detailed tracking of beneficiary records and ensure clear and compassionate communication throughout
- Manage all Rebuild Program Case Workers and the work of Beneficiary Service Coordinators when deployed to the field
- Develop program guidelines and case work processes as needed, as new programs are initiated
- Maintain relationships with church partners, governmental agencies, and other non-governmental agencies, as needed, by the field case workers
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Thorough knowledge of conflict management and leadership principles
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire
