Conservation Corps North Carolina (CCNC) seeks an Assistant Youth Crew Leader to guide a six-member youth crew on conservation projects in North Carolina's public lands. You will help coordinate field work, mentor participants aged 15-18, and work closely with the Staff Crew Leader to ensure safety and success.
Responsibilities include training, project management, and maintaining a positive learning environment while adhering to program policies and Ameri Corps requirements.
