This role exists to carry forward a clear, consistent voice across our website, social media, email, print, and campaigns while faithfully implementing the vision and direction of the ministry.

We are looking for someone who is both highly self-motivated and deeply aligned. Someone who takes initiative, exercises good judgment, and understands that in ministry, communications are about trust, dignity, and long-term relationships, not just creativity or clicks.

Duties
  • Execute marketing and communications strategies that reflect leadership vision and organizational priorities
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Create and manage content for website, social media, email, print, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the VP and Development & Community Relations team

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Brand & Voice Steward
    - You understand that consistency builds trust. You care deeply about tone, clarity, and accuracy, and you use systems to ensure quality across every channel.
  • Sound Judgment
    - You make thoughtful decisions, even when information is incomplete. You understand the responsibility that comes with representing a child-serving ministry and protect the organization’s reputation at all times.
  • Work Well With Leadership
    - You are comfortable working closely with your leaders, handling confidential information, and representing someone else’s voice accurately and faithfully.
  • Relational and Team-Oriented
    - You communicate clearly and kindly, receive feedback with humility, and contribute to a healthy, supportive team culture.
  • Steward
    - You see communications as an act of stewardship. You respect donors, volunteers, and community partners and handle stories with dignity rather than exaggeration.
  • Christian Called to Ministry
    - You seek a faith-based environment where prayer, devotion, and Christian values shape the culture and the work.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfort working across digital and print platforms
