Experience Requirements
Minimum: 1 year of ER or critical care experience
Preferred: 2 years
Required Skills (Must Have)
Peripheral IV starts
Male and female Foley catheter insertion
NG/OG tube placement
EKG performance and interpretation
Assisting with arterial line (ART) and central line insertion
Managing arterial and central lines
Preferred Skills
2+ years ER experience
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients
