Amivie - - - Responsibilities:
Provide ADLs and IADLs as assigned in the care plan;
Report deviations in an individual's condition or schedule to the RN Field Supervisor;
Deliver services as assigned by the RN Field Supervisor according to the approved service plan;
Attend supervisory visits and accurately report time/attendance via timesheets or EVV;
Advocate for individuals needing other community services and maintain professional appearance and PPE
