• Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire

This unit has 60 beds with an average occupancy of 50 to 53 residents. We care for patients with diagnoses such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and those in need of short‑term rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on geriatrics. Nurses will collaborate closely with laboratory, rehabilitation, hospice, and psychiatric teams.
