Manteo Community Health Center, which is a part of Ocracoke Health Center, Inc., is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team on North Carolina’s stunning Outer Banks.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which means we provide comprehensive primary care services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay, and focus on serving underserved and rural communities. FQHC status also allows us to offer additional support and resources to our patients and staff.

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Enjoy a balanced schedule with no hospital call:
  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (no on‑call schedule!).
• Participate in community health initiatives that make a real difference.

• Salary: $106,000 – $125,000 per year.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
• Experience in primary care or family practice (new grads welcome!).
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
