We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding clinical team in Wingate, NC
. This full-time, on-site opportunity allows you to provide high-quality patient care across both primary care and urgent care settings. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will leverage your clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive health and wellness. , you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations, maintain excellent patient satisfaction, and support community health initiatives. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories for diverse acute and chronic conditions
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practices
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinical operations
- Provide patient and family education on disease prevention, medication adherence, and overall wellness
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in both routine and urgent care scenarios at Wingate clinics
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or relevant specialty
- Experience in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in diagnostics, acute care procedures, and patient communication
