Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with acute medical conditions.
Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed.
Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and support staff in high-pressure situations.
Monitor and document changes in patient conditions using EHR systems.
Assist in trauma care, code situations, and critical patient stabilization.
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and accurate records.

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active RN license (North Carolina or compact eligible).
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
Minimum of 2 years' recent ED experience in a hospital setting.
Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care.
Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing environments.
