Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health, Lillington, North Carolina.

We offer a sign‑on bonus of $2,500 for full‑time positions. This role can be full time, part time, or per diem, serving adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, and other treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Conduct case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home‑care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
