• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care.

• Valid RN license in the State of North Carolina (required).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience (preferred).
