We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare family specializing in Acute Care on our Progressive Care unit.

Our unit is a 30‑bed unit caring for a broad spectrum of patients, including step‑down, med‑surg, and swing patients. The patients are predominantly long‑term and chronically ill, making relationship building with patients and families a key aspect of our unit.

• Provides leadership to facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.

• Preferred Experience:
  
  One year hospital nursing experience.
• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire date (grandfathering may be accepted).
• RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
• Required License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply—licensee should confirm with NCBON.
