$20,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Night Shift with a 2-year commitment

3x12s, Night Shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), Rotating Weekends

Join our team in a 39‑bed Medical Surgical unit. You will work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, assessing needs, administering treatments, and ensuring safety.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or a compact state
• AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• AHA ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, thrive in a stressful environment, and take appropriate action
