Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Locum Shifts
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work locum shifts in Nags Head, North Carolina (NC). The role starts in May 2026 and offers ongoing work at a competitive market rate with benefits.
Schedule and Hours- PRN (Critical dates in May – Ongoing 2026)
- Schedule:
Days, Swings or Nights
- Support Staff: 6 physicians, 3 APPs
- ICU:
None - Codes:
Required - Volume: 20 PPD
- North Carolina state license – active, unrestricted
- North Carolina DEA registration
- BLS, ACLS & PALS certification
- Competitive market rate (rate based on availability, experience, and certifications)
- Housing and transportation needs covered
- Malpractice insurance provided
