Location: Windsor
Registered Nurse – Med Surg – Travel – 13 Week Contract – 3x12 Night Shift – $1919 - $2312
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Med Surg setting
- Active Illinois RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
