This primary care outpatient facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains appropriate medical infrastructure to support quality patient care delivery within the primary care framework.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 4‑day work week option available.

• Clinical responsibilities focus on geriatric care, including health physicals, check‑ups, and chronic care management for the adult patient population.
• The clinician will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical assistants onsite to ensure quality patient care delivery.
