The Provider must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient as determined.
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform responsibilities included in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance as necessary.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily.
  • Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
  • Manage queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on continued treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training to uphold company quality of care.
  • Adhere to the core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly within team to support excellent patient care.
  • Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes.
  • Assist new employees with learning activities and required training.
  • Provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities for new employee training.
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required by the role, as specified in physical demands.
  • Comply with company standards of operations.
  • Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers, and business information.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Have proven experience working as a telehealth clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
