All Ways Caring Home Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist nurses by performing basic care activities for personal needs and comfort of patients;
Dresses, grooms, bathes, and feeds patients; takes and records vital signs;
Responds to call lights and assists in toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care;
Assists patients in wheelchair transport and turns bedridden patients; reports changes to nurses;
Cleans rooms, changes bed linens, and records medications as directed by physician or nurse
