TNAA Total Med RN – Travel RN ED (Emergency Department)

Location:

Clyde, North Carolina. Travel duration: 13 weeks, 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

• Evaluate, triage, and provide care for patients in a fast‑paced emergency environment.
• Perform minor medical operations and advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty. Ease in lifting 20 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to cope with stress and relate to people of all ages and backgrounds is essential.

• RN license with 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certification (additional certifications may be required before assignment).
• Prepared for 12‑hour night shifts and 36 hours per week travel schedule.
