• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Complete resident assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants during daily clinical operations
• Deliver compassionate, resident centered care

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Long Term Care experience preferred
