As an RN Supervisor, you will lead the nursing units from 7 am to 7 pm on weekends (Friday to Sunday). You will work closely with the nursing management team to ensure quality care is provided to residents within the policies and parameters defined by management. Your responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementing schedules per residents.

• Oversee the nursing units on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from 7 am to 7 pm.
• Interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided.
• Administer medications, document patient care, and oversee resident care.
• Implement schedules per residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing management to ensure high‑quality care.

• Current state RN license.
• Certified nurse supervisor experience.
• Experience in long‑term care / skilled nursing facility.
