Where You Will WorkAtrium Health Anson Emergency Department is a 24/7 emergency care facility located within a 15-bed community hospital serving a rural patient population. The department is part of a centrally located campus that integrates emergency services, inpatient care, and primary care, allowing for coordinated, personalized treatment across the continuum of care.
As a rural emergency department, Anson ED offers a close-knit, team-oriented environment where staff build meaningful relationships with patients and families in the community. Care delivery emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on treating patients like family.
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
