• Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care

• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with nursing standards

• Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents' needs
