• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the MAR.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Perform routine nursing tasks including ADLs, wound care, dressing changes, and injections as ordered.
• Maintain up‑to‑date care plans and thorough charting; participate in care rounds and interdisciplinary communication.
• Ensure patient safety, implement fall precautions, and respond promptly to call bells.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family as needed.

• Active LPN license in North Carolina (in good standing).
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shifts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; reliable team player.
• Eligible for travel assignment and able to adapt to a nursing home LTC setting.
