The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing clinical team, with a strong focus on 1st shift coverage.

Shift Availability- 1st Shift – Primary Need

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete assessments, wound care, and documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants during daily clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
