Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient and resident care in a skilled nursing, sub‑acute, and long‑term care setting.
- Completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Active CPR certification.
