Position OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care, support clinical operations, and help ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
- Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN opportunities available
- 12‑hour shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of long‑term care experience preferred
