Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Hermiston, OR, providing compassionate, comprehensive outpatient care in a community-focused health center.
Responsibilities- Offer assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation in EPIC EMR.
- Support providers during diagnostics and treatments, including IVs, medication administration, and patient education.
- Collaborate to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards per industry guidelines.
Qualifications include an active RN license in Oregon, with dual licensure in Washington/Oregon required within 120 days. A minimum of 1 year outpatient RN experience is preferred. BCLS certification within 90 days, with ACLS and PALS preferred. Spanish proficiency is a plus. The position offers $41.66-$51.03/hour DOE, with higher pay for experienced candidates.
