Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an outpatient care role in Hermiston, Oregon. You will perform assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage, while documenting in EPIC EMR and supporting providers during diagnostics and treatments.
The position requires an active Oregon RN license (dual licensure in WA/OR within 120 days) and at least 1 year of outpatient RN experience; BCLS required within 90 days, ACLS/PALS preferred, with Spanish as a plus.
